I want a full B or C cup. Should i go with or without implants? (Photos)

What size were you before you got breast implants? That would be the easiest way to say what size you’ll most likely be without implants. If you were a B or C before surgery, then you’ll be about that size if your implants are removed and you get a lift.

Hi Humorous. Whether or not you also require a breast implant along with a lift depends on the amount of breast tissue you have as well as your size goals. For patients who are happy with their natural breast tissue volume, I perform an “auto-augmentation”, conserving all of the natural breast tissue, while reshaping the breast and raising the nipples. If you lack enough natural breast tissue (which is difficult to assess in photos), I would recommend an implant as well to achieve your size goals. I also highly suggest using an absorbable mesh, that creates an “internal support bra” and absorbs after about 18 months, leaving a collagen support behind and maintains the results over time. I almost always include liposuction to the lateral breasts and armpit areas in addition to a breast reduction to maximize the contour of the torso. Implant revision surgeries can be a challenge, so I highly recommend seeking out a board-certified plastic surgeon that specializes in surgery of the breast and is very experienced in implant revisions. The technique I recommend explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. At size 36 DD, each 200 cc of implant removed corresponds to 1 cup size change. You will go down 3 cup sizes to a B or C.
