I got a primary rhinoplasty done 3.5 months ago. My dorsal hump was resected and used as a columnar strut. There is still some swelling in the supratip region. Is my nose tip rotated too upwards? Im worried that it looks unnatural and looks obvious that I had surgery. Doctor told me that the tip might drop 1-2mm in the first month, but till now it hasnt dropped. I have thick oily skin, will the tip drop gradually with time? Also, how long after surgery can I get filler in the tip region?
Hello, I feel like the bridge of my nose is too high (or shallow in relation to how deep my eyes ) and I have a slight bump as well. My jawline is also not well defined. I'm curious what kind of procedures would be most beneficial to improve symmetry and give a youthful look. I am open to rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, skin tightening, and non-surgical options. Thank you for your input, I'm hoping just a few tweaks will get me a really great result.
I feel that my nose is set slightly too high on my face and I want to increase the length vertically by 1-2 millimeters down towards my lips. I do NOT want my lip line moved up at all or the space between the bottom of my nose and my lip line decreased by moving the lips upward. I have not been able to find much on surgerys that are able to correct high set noses. In the attached pics there is a line below my nose where I wish the bottom to reach. Are there any known ways of fixing my issue?
Before I had a bulbous nose, but my side profile was straight. I went to seoul for tip and alarplasty. Dr suggest hump removal which i didn't need. He said that it is free for me so I accepted. Now on the side my nose tip looks too high and my nose is hooked. The dr said it's swelling but other patients side profile were straight at least. Maybe he remove too much? Will my tip drop to make my nose look straight as before or at least straight/linear and not hooked or do I have a bad rhino?
I'm one month after my rhinoplasty. I didn't want an upturned nose but the surgeon has pulled it up too high. He thinks it will drop down but I haven't seen any change in 1 month. Is it likely to drop? It looks very piggy from the front.
Will my nose drop? If so how much? Why are sides uneven & one side looks sunken in? My tip still looks very bulbous and the tips wide. All I wanted was my tip smaller and my sides brought in for a soft feminine look. This does not look normal or like its healing correctly. It looks like sloppy work to me. Do I have a right to be concerned or can this still turn out pretty and natural? I am aware that I have to wait for at least 3 months and full results at a year, but I don't feel good about it.
This is my second rhinoplasty and I just wanted to correct some things. Make the tip more refined but I specifically said I did NOT want a pig looking nose. And my nose is REALLY upturned! Did he go too far? He said he gave me a natural result which I don't agree with at all. What are you options to correct this? I am really self conscious about this.
Im going to get fillers on certain areas of my face ( cheeks, jawline etc) to get a more balanced profile but I feel like its my nose bridge which is too high & it gives my face more of a convex shape. Why does my side profile look like this? Should I get a rhinoplasty?
I am 2 weeks post op and Ive been unhappy with my results from the day I had my cast removed. My tip is way too high making me look piggy. The middle part on the bottom of my nose is a lot higher than my nostrils. It always pulls on my top lip making it feel like Im pulling on something when I move my mouth. Will I ever have full mobility of my top lip again? Will my tip drop at all? My surgeon said he did it like this so that my tip wouldnt drop again. Help!!!!
I'm currently post-op 2 weeks. I think the bridge and tip is too high and tip a bit drooping. Can you recommend if this is the case. In the case bridge is too high, what can be done during revision surgery. Will my tip go down any significant degree, say 2mm due to possible swelling? I know the tip bone and cartilage was manipulated and my own cartilage was used whereas silicone was used for the bridge. I am completely happy with the result as my nose looks higher and big in general atm. Please advise.
